Utah 20 week abortion anaesthesia law
It's have just passed a law to force women having an abortion at 20 weeks to be put under anaesthetic, so that the foetus doesn't feel pain.... Ummmm....how about not forcing the woman to risk death by putting her under?! It's not even been scientifically proven WHEN a foetus feels pain.
