I got this squishy bump and haven't been able to squeeze anything out of it. It doesn't hurt..

Looks like an ingrown hair to me. Does it have a head?

It could be a cyst. Pimples that get really infected can turn into cysts. They don't usually hurt but are a huge pain to deal with. People sometimes have to get them surgically removed at the dermatologist.
