Help!

Alright my fellow hypothyroid sufferers..I have been out of medication for a while now. I previously had a nodule on my thyroid that had shrunk while on medication. I now have sharp pains in my throat and it shoots through my neck, shoulders and all the way down my right arm side and leg. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? All endocrinologists that are in my insurance are booked until October!
