Circumsion
Circumsion IS medically relevant. It is NOT a cosmetic procedure. Circumsion is beneficial and provides long term health benefits and reduced risk of cancer and disease.

I think a lot of you need to read this more carefully. You're completely missing all of these beneficial health points WHICH ARE TRUE. You just refuse to admit the pro circumsion side has a good strong argument and you sit back with a stubborn grumpy child tantrum refusing to believe it.
Now let's look at a typical anti circumsion photo:
Yeah these are easily countered.
1. There are ALOT of prevention benefits and healthy lifestyle benefits to circumsion.
2. The foreskin is an evolutionary characteristic but we don't live in the wild anyway we live in urbanized areas. It's not necessary and can cause more problems than benefits in our time.
3. Completely irrelevant, females have different anatomy.
4. Babies don't want millions of things their mothers and environment impose on them. Irrelevant argument again
5. Yes, and so is the baby going through the birth canal. Don't want your baby to suffer pain? Okay, get a C section then. Do everything possible so your baby doesn't feel pain.
6. Times have changed in that medical research has furthered and the medical community can back up the benefits to circumsion. More parents leave the hospital with babies foreskins intact because of people screaming at them that if they choose circumsion they are slicing off their babies skin
7. Jewish people have the standard of circumsion in their religion/way of life, and their penile health is in much better condition than the rest of Europe.
8. No, caring for the foreskin is not easy. And men are notoriously less hygienic than women. And see above where I posted the users long comment, look at all the risks circumsion protects against.
9. Well of course circumsion doesn't protect against HIV? You could have your penis shaped like a flower and you could get infected with HIV. But circumsion provides much better proven protection against cancer and HPV. Uncircumsized men have a greater chance of getting cancer, stds, fungal infections, and disease.
9. Irrelevant, the child is its own person but certain medical procedures need to take place in infancy to protect the child all its life (vaccines, exposure to foods and environments, testing for genetic diseases/etc)
The uncircumsized argument is a little ridiculous. I can see only one point, that they want the body to remain natural. But they repeatedly deny and refuse to admit that any of the circumsion points have study factual ground and are beneficial.
