Late Cycle

My cycle is 5days late, but however I took an home pregnancy test and it came negative.. Is there something I need to worry about, but however I did made an doctors appointment. Although I have been feeling wired lately, eating habit picked up, attitude changed, and sleeping more, and it seem like the least little thing get on my nerves, and last but not least I have headaches out of the blue. Help me ladies..
