Rude Pediatrician! Rant 😡

Originally our 5 month old baby girl had a nice doctor, and we got switched about two months ago. This man is extremely rude! We're gunna switch back, but oh my god he got my blood boiling! Let me start off by saying at the end of our last visit with him, he practically yelled at me for not remembering to shake his hand. Today, we were told our daughter will most likely need surgery when she's 9 months because of an obstruction in her tearduct, which we were never informed of! And he told us "Well YOU set her up for surgery," like WTF? It's not our fault! I tried to stay polite though. Then, we were told she has cradle cap and he recommended an adult dandruff shampoo and that we would have to scrape off the cradle cap after a bath and I asked "well what if it hurts her?" And he said in the most sarcastic voice imaginable "well Ma'm, I don't know if it hurts YOU when you shampoo your hair, it doesn't for most people." And he just tried to make my SO and I feel everything was our fault. He was so rude and treated me like I'm stupid. I may be an 18 year old mother but my age doesn't define my intelligence nor my ability to take care of our baby. He pissed me off so bad! Anybody else deal with a rude doctor?
