Hello ladies with Gestational Diabetes
Please I need help understanding my glucose numbers.
I just learned I have gestational diabetes, I bought the One Touch mini machine, but I need to wait for my Nutricionist appointment. I started to keep track 4 times a day.
Can you tell what is a normal range of number when I test during fasting? How about 2hours after eating?
For example: when I wake up it was 103. 2hours after lunch was 120.
