Super late

Last spring I got the depo shot, then I wasn't on it for the rest of the year. Then I got back on it in March, about two weeks before I had a week of unprotected sex. (I only get to see my boyfriend once every three or four months because he's a Marine, so we make the most of it) About a week after I left, I had one day of hard bleeding, then for about a week I had pinkish red spotting. I thought it was implantation bleeding, so I took a pregnancy test when my next period was supposed to start and it was negative. I'm 60 days late now. I know that if I get depo twice in a row my period will completely stop, but should it stop if it's been a year since the lasts time I've had it? Or do you think I'm pregnant?
