Anyone else have the same tummy problem?

Ok so I've lost half my baby weight and I'm now almost 6 weeks post. I can physically feel about an inch of fat layer over my ab muscles. Which is fine, I'm going on daily walks and will be joining a gym soon. My big problem is this. When I flex, I look like I've got that little later but otherwise look pretty darn good. When I wake up in the morning before eating anything that day I also look that way. But god forbid I eat some toast and eggs or a bowl of pasta and I look five months pregnant again. It's not fat. It's like my stomach. The organs themselves. Like they shove out or something? I'm not sure why and I truly don't know how to make it better. That's not something working out fixes I don't think? And it's not like I'm interested in starving myself so I don't look like this. But it makes me feel icky. I don't know what to do about it.
