Making that first appointment
I'm depressed for sure, never had an actual diagnosis. I need to make an appointment with my first psychiatrist (I looked one up that's covered by my insurance) but I'm so anxious I can't bring myself to call. Can anyone share their story about the first appointment you had? What should I expect? Thanks in advance.
