Switching Ob/Gyns in Texas?

I live in Texas and I'm under Community Health Choice Pregnant Women's Medicaid. Currently I'm seeing an ob/gyn and nothing is wrong with her, she's nie and all but I need to switch because her office is just too far from where I live. Its already trouble finding a ride to my appointments and I don't drive. I just need to switch to someone closer. Does anyone know how I can go about this? Is there a certain process I have to go through?
