Feed one until it's empty then switch. The reason is the hindmilk is more rich and satisfying but that doesn't come until later in the feeding (think skim milk vs heavy cream with dairy, same idea) if you switch sides too soon baby will miss that part. It's annoying because baby can fall asleep while the other side is full. You can use a manual pump for some relief. Your body will learn to adjust.

Feed on both. Next feeding start with the brest that was last on the previous  feed.

Just do whatever side is fullest or alternate if they are both full. My son always wanted the right side and thankfully it usually had more than the left. Lol
