Vasospasm?

Anyone had this while breastfeeding? I thought I had thrush but I don't have pain while feeding and baby's mouth is clear. I was looking for answers and found a bunch of stuff about vasospasm online and it seems to fit. My nipples go stark white within seconds of ending nursing and within a few minutes I start getting horrible burning throbbing pain throughout my breasts. And my nipples will go from white to a bruised looking purple to back to red. Cold seems to make it much worse, they get very hard and painfully tingly which is not normal for me. I likely will not be able to get in to see my dr for a few days and I really don't want to go to urgent care for this but the pain is becoming pretty severe. Anyone else had this issue have any suggestions for me to ease up the pain, motrin isn't doing much for me.
