Should he be mad?

My SO and I have been dating for 10 months. Our "anniversary" is on the 18th. This month will be our 11th month of dating. Today I told him I was going out of town to see my sister in three days for her birthday with my bestfriend. Should he be mad that I only gave him a 3 days notice, or is he freaking out for no reason. 
Btw, i doubt he had anything planned for our 11th month.. he never has before. If he wanted to start celebrating it, it would be on our one year. AND a week earlier I asked him if he wanted to go to the beach in a few weeks for my sisters bday.

I rather just comment. If he hadn't planned anything before I could see why you would think that way. But I could also understand if he's feeling a little hurt because he wants to spend that time with you and he feels like that's your special day and it should just be the two of you guys enjoying every single moment of it ,but it was a good thing you invited him. Just reassure him that the party doesn't necessarily take away from y'all day. If he really cares for you, you guys will be able to get passed it.

Haha, I am being always the same, It never minds if I have plans or something like that, when it gets to the day we started dating, this month, 6th March was our 1 year and 5 month together but if he went somewhere and did not stay with me the whole day I would freak out... Some people, we are like that, sometimes funny, sometimes bothering but we always want to be with our loved ones, and about him going with you, maybe he has some reason he could not go, so be understanding, he also should be but, you should be happy, he wants to be with you, if he did not get that mad maybe you would have to think about does he really love you 😂 so get pleasure with his jealousy 😍😍👍🏻 
My boyfriend always does that, and maybe I will very very mad and he says, I am so happy that you care about me so much 😂😍 that also freaks me out but... He's being cute 😂
