2 years no luck

My husband & I have been TTC for 2 years now with no luck :( I've tried every remedy and I'm trying to avoid professional help because I don't want to hear bad news. I have regular OBGYN apts but never mention TTC with the fear of my infertility being untreatable. :( how long did it take y'all to conceive? Should I bring this up with my doctor?
