Bkackmores CWG

I started Blackmore's conceive well gold last cycle after my ovulation. But this cycle looks like I did not ovulate at all. I use clear blue digital monitor to track ovulation. It was giving me consistent results which were in line with glow. But this month I have had no CM at all ( all dry) . And clear blue ovulation monitor has also consistently shown the empty circle O that mean low fertility (I am not sure if it is due to Blackmores CWG. Otherwise I don't have any side effects from it. Anyone else has noticed a similar effect from these pills?
