Confronting Parents?

I went to visit my parents last night. I know my mother is worried my dad is cheating on her. Last night they were yelling at each other in the middle of the night and I just want to confront them, tell them to talk to each other. He says he's not, however his behavior says otherwise. I'm honestly just sick of them fighting around my little sister because it really upsets her.  They are both being irrational and honestly they need a mediator. How should I go about confronting them?

Here's what I had planned, I figured I could have my little sister watch a movie I. The other room, and tell them to keep their voices down and that we were going to sit there and talk it out.

Honestly, neither of them is totally innocent, my mother hasn't trusted him for several years, and it's pretty obvious. He's always on his phone, turning it away from her, and there are two women I've seen him around that share the body language of lovers with him. Have I ever actually caught him? No, so I can't be one hundred percent sure, and I do t want to take sides and lose either of them.

I think your idea is good. It's better than my situation where I screamed it at my father and he started crying. It's better not to be angry and it'll also keep your little sister from seeing that. They need to understand that there is counseling and there's no true marriage if there's no trust.

When my parents fought it always scared me until I got older and was sick of it. I Yelled at them because that's the only way I could get their attention. I told them they were acting like children by parents. I told them I'd leave if they didn't stop and I'd take my little brother with me. I also told them they were horrible to each other and as parents when they did this and that I wanted them to get a divorce so I wouldn't have to deal with them. They got really quiet and tried to blame each other and I said no you both are doing it. I layed out the things I saw that they purposely did to each other to piss the other off. Then they decided to get counseling and if they fought hey only did it when we weren't home.

If I were you, I would tell them to sit and have an honest conversation about it all, maybe even therapy. But don't offer yourself up as a mediator. There may be things that need discussed that they won't discuss in front of you, not only that but I doubt you'd want to be the "bad guy" calling them out on certain things.
