Fatigue

When did the fatigue hit y'all? I'm 8 weeks and 1 day and from last Wednesday to Sunday I was busy non stop with very little sleep on Friday and Saturday night. I ended up with a cold from being run down. Sunday night I slept 7-8 hours. But yesterday I had to leave work early bc I could not hold my eyes open. I slept 2 hours yesterday afternoon once I got home and about 7 hours last night and I still feel like I've been hit by a train! Do y'all think it's a mixture of my busy weekend on top of being sick and pregnant? Or is it just pregnancy?
