I am doing well this whole pregnancy thing is treating me well I have been able to feel baby lately and it's such an awesome feeling I can't wait for the kicks to be more so hubby can feel them ... I am currently 20w1d baby is due 10/5 and we are having a little boy (no idea what we are naming him at this point but I am in love with Oliver)

Hey Meghan! Been thinking of you & wondering how you are doing? I think I recall something about a next step happening in July for you?

Thanks for asking-- I'm sorry I didn't see your post until now!!
I'm 16 weeks now, and just found out we are having a girl! So far, things are looking good with my body, and we'll keep a close eye... I'm seeing the perinatologist weekly. Mostly just making sure my cervix doesn't start to shorten or open.

Hope all is well with you! Keep us posted!! I'm active in Glow, just hadn't posted in here since it was a bit of a ghost town. 😉

Well, I'm sure if anything happens I'll be blasting it everywhere so I'll be sure to come back and update. And if not, I guess my husband and I were meant to be alone together the rest of our lives. He is my best friend and I love him so much so I know it wouldn't be so bad, but we both so desperately, emphatically, zealously and any other extreme adverb you can think of want to become parents to a child that is a part of each of us. 😢

Hey All,

So glad to hear of everyone doing well and so happy to hear you're having a girl! Your rainbow baby!

Unfortunately I'm not doing too well. Emotionally, physically, name it, nothing is going right for me lately. This post is going to sound like somewhat of a pity party but I'm not sure how else to rephrase my feelings. I had two polyps removed from my uterus in April and left with saying the next step is IVF. We decided to give it the summer and so far not working. We are going to try an IUI next month. I'm on another business trip right now in Washington, D.C.  Took this month off so I could take my damn Xanax to fly. I'm doing really well at work. Got another promotion and I now manage 11 people. I'm sick of excelling at work and nothing else. Work doesn't matter in life when you look back and reflect on your life. Two of my cousins are due in September and my 39 year old sister in law who smoked prior to getting pregnant right away is due in October and one of my best friends who got pregnant right when we started is now pregnant with her second due in December. I skipped my first cousins shower my other cousins is in August and my stupid mother in law is having ANOTHER shower for my sister in law even though it's her 2nd kid. I don't really know what else to say. Extended family members have begun to notice my temper and I think. I can't hide it anymore. It's gotten so bad with me I've debated on speaking with a therapist about it, but I can't bring myself to even though it would probably help. I've recently met a woman who had twins via IVF who is in her mid 50s. I've been emailing with her and she gets exactly how I feel so I think I'll keep conversing with her.
