Sleep issues
I don't understand it lately I've been really awake up until like 1:30-4:30pm (depending on the day) and then I just get super drowsy to the point where I'm ready to sleep but then when I try to sleep I can't and I wake up every 30mins-1hr and it's frustrating me I'm ADHD so I can't sleep without my night meds (catapres) anyway but that's not even helping any tips?
