Are his meds ruining our chances of conceiving?

My SO is taking high blood pressure meds and percocet daily.  What effects if any do these have on sperm count and or sperm motility?

Why is he taking pain medication daily?

Ive been a pharmacy technician for over a year now and being around these medications, Percocet can decrease mobility of sperm. And a common side effect is decreased libido. It takes abt 6 months to conceive so if after 6 months of trying, & ur still not pregnant... have him go to the doctor and get his sperm tested. Depending on what bloodpressure medicine   hes taking....it should be fine
