Pro's i've heard

Easy to tell if preg or not
Tell where you are in cycle
It closes and hardens within hours/days of "o" and no more then that.
Cm follows a patern.

Doesn't really tell you much/unreliable
Unsafe (causes infection, messes up fluids, etc)
Causes damage
Dries you out
Some drs tell you not too.
