It's not some magical cure all. You won't lose weight, atleast not forever.

Your better off doing a fresh green juice with little to no fruit once a day.

Pinterest has great recipes and plans of you are new to juicing! 
Just don't take it so seriously when you see these 7 day miracle juice diets. Use it for the recipes but don't buy into the claims.

That being said a juice cleanse can feel good. Sometimes it's nice to just juice rather than eat but I don't believe in 'detox' or juicing for weight loss.
