Pennsylvania moms, help!

My baby's father and I are not together anymore. He's not a terrible guy, but he's not the best one either. I'm afraid he will try and be sneaky with custody and try and take my baby for as long as he wants. We haven't talked about going to court but I gave him 2 days a week he can have the baby when the baby comes.  He's very two faced and vindictive and I'm afraid of him trying to take the baby for as long as he wants.  I'm also considering not putting his name on the birth certificate.... I also don't want him to take me to court to try and get 50/50 custody and I'm not asking him for any child support.
