pregancy question

Ladies soo ive been having upprotected sex and of course things happen !! soo i was wondering like i have symptoms of being pregnant except for the swollen boobs ndthe  metal tasting & i still get my period and so did my mom when she was pregnant so i want to know like could it b like a episode of i didnt kno i was pregnant ? cus i also took a test nd it said negative
