AF-Menstrual Cramps-Lower abdominal pain -Pregnant?????

Is there anyone who is nearing their AF and having usual pre menstrual cramps like me?? I had a mild to moderate pain in my lower left abdomen(It was like a sharp pulling pain) from a week ago and I still have the pain along with my pre menstrual cramps but still wishing that I might be pregnant. Is there anyone out there with the same symptoms just like me?? Or any advice would be appreciated.
