Obsession???

Question

Hi girls, quick question. I've heard a lot of people saying don't obsess just give up trying and it will happen etc. Has anyone ever conceived whilst obsessing? Tracking, using apps taking tests etc I'm trying to relax but it's hard just wanted to hear some stories about anyone who has conceived whilst stressing about it?

My best friend conceived on one of the most stressful days she could, her little boy had been rushed into hospital the day after she got a faint line opk day and she assumed she peaked the day her boy was in hospital did a quick baby dance the next morning told herself this month wasn't hers and she was adiment she hadn't caught pregnant, tested a day before her af was due and there was her vvfl.. she's now 13weeks with her little bundle.

I'm trying not to obsess and it's hard. This is our first month trying and im taking temps and opk and what not. I'm also in school for my masters so we'll see if stress leads to no babies. AF due June 5
