Anyone get preggie again within 6-8 months of delivering?

Ive read that women are very fertile within 4-12 months after giving birth. Since my hubby & I want to try again for #2 after 6 months - curious to hear your experiences!!

I became pregnant unplanned 3 months after my first. I was under the impression that breastfeeding prevents ovulation and therefore you cannot become pregnant hence why i wasnt careful.

Anyone get preggie again within 6-8 months of delivering?
