Pre labor contractions at 31 weeks

Alison • Thu, May 19 • I`m 29 and my husband is 33. We got married in June, moved to Michigan, and I started a new career as a Food Scientist! We are pregnant with #1! Proposed due date is July 20th 😁

Is anyone else experiencing pre labor contractions? For the past few days I've had period pain in my pelvic area accompanied by nausea. Yesterday I also had extreme stomach cramps accompanied by hot and cold flashes. I'm only 31 weeks.. is this too early to be experiencing pre labor contractions? Or is this something else?
