Ttc while exclusively bf

I had my daughter 23 weeks ago. My husband is military so we just moved back in together April 12 & we have been trying again. I know it's soon but all negative tests so far , but I am exclusively breastfeeding , is anyone else having any trouble conceiving while bf.
