After having abdominalplasty and 2 csections I would suggest one that will be breathable to avoid infections including yeast in the belly button and at the site of the wound and I would see if rhey have one that has velcro. The motion of pulling up the band may be uncomfortable at first. Post op websites will have them. Maybe after a couple to a few weeks after you may feels comfortable using something like this. Just letting you know based off of my experiences 😊

The hospital gave me an abdominal band for csection recovery. You definitely need some kind of support, but this one might be too constricting.

I too had a belly band type of ace bandage for after my c-sections. If it does not breath (let air in), doc may tell you to wait a few days until using it. But, the pressure helps healing once the wound has begun to heal. I don't know how far along you are. But, do yoga! It helps so tremendously much with the healing after c-section! I did all throughout both of my pregnancies. I haven't done it as often during this pregnancy and I'm already hurting at almost 20 weeks. I've had complications with this one, though. I would say yes. I had something similar that the hospital gave me after my c-section! It helped a ton with the pain! I would ask your doctor though bc your incision will need air. Check out the C Panty I think it's similar but made for post c-sections!
