Craving guilt
I'm not a very good eater, my eating disorder totally screwed up my life. I do try to eat better for my baby, I try not to skip meals and eat healthier. Mostly I do well but every time I slip a little I get so stressed it's ridiculous.
I just had some potato chips and half a pop (haven't had any since I got pregnant) and now I feel like the worst mom ever.
