Symptom help please...

I've been having itchy and painful nipples, some dizziness and sickness with being super tired thrown in for good measure. I know that could point towards potentially being pregnant but I'm 9dpo and due AF next Tuesday and have tested negative so far. Not even a tiny faint line. That's with frer and clear blue digital. Am I testing way too early or would I at least have a faint line by now if I had conceived this month? Any help would be hugely appreciated. Feeling really down about it this time around. X
