How much weight did you gain????

I've gained 40 pounds and I'm only 23 weeks I'm 16 and I feel so fat but everyone tells me not to worry

I had my first son at 16 and a sophomore in high school. I went from 110 to 172. At 4'11", I was devastated at how big I had gotten. I never got below 130 until after I graduated. It was hard to focus on losing weight but that wasn't my top priority. Graduating (when others said I wouldn't be able to) AND working two jobs and making sure my boy had everything he needed and more was top priority. You will have plenty of time to lose weight. I got down to 95lbs eventually. 7 years later I had my second son and gained 40lbs. It was hard to lose weight for me again. As soon as I was really progressing in weight loss, surprise, pregnant again lol I lost 8lbs my first few months and have only gained 3lbs back. I do struggle with the fear of gaining weight as much as I did the first two pregnancies but being sick so much even still has helped me seriously watch what I eat. Each pregnancy is different and as long as you and baby are healthy that's all that matters :)

I'm 17 and I'm at 22 weeks and have only gained 6 pounds, I was 110 but I'm now up to 116. But you look good to me! Beautiful belly❤️ I wish mine looked like that! Mine just looks too tiny to be at 22 weeks!

I'm 21 weeks, lost twenty pounds in the first trimester, gained back ten.

I'm 21 weeks and I've lost 12 pounds! I'm guessing it's going to come back tenfold. With my son I gained about 25 pounds though. I wouldn't worry what anyone says as long as the doctor says you and baby are healthy!
