Who cosleeps or plans too? And which versions do you use

Also what age do you cosleeps them too if ya do?

My dad is a police officer. In our small town, he's had to attend to over 20 infant/small child deaths due to co-sleeping. I will absolutely never co-sleep.

I won't and it's simply because I don't want my child sleeping in my bed. Some people say "oh baby only sleeps when they're in bed with me" but I feel if you never start the habit they don't know they're missing out on anything. My SO & I are very busy sleepers and we both find its an unnecessary danger to our son. But even if we slept stiff as a board, I still wouldn't want my son in bed with us for more than a cuddle.

I'd be too scared to. It's dangerous for the baby. I will have a bassinet next to the bed for the baby but he will not be coming into bed with us to sleep.

I co-sleep: baby is mostly in her bassinet next to my bed, and I bring her in the bed to nurse. With my first I tried not to at the beginning and nursed sitting up and I realized I was being stupid. I got much better sleep when I nursed her in the bed. Sometimes she stayed there, sometimes she went back to the bassinet. When she was older she wouldn't sleep in her crib next to my bed, so I took off one side of the crib and pushed it up against the bed. This way I could nurse her "over the edge" or later just in the crib, and then roll away to my bed.

With the second one I'll see what works. I'm not for or against her being in the bed with me, just whatever works and let's us both sleep.

I had baby in a bassinet next to our bed for the first 6 months, we co slept out of desperation for a little while as he was a really bad sleeper but I couldn't get into a deep sleep with him in the bed and he didn't slee well either.
Sorted out his sleeping and he's pretty good now :)

I'm planning to co-sleep using a beside bed. Its basically a little crib that attaches to the side of your bed, it seems safe to me?? No way it can get rolled on or fall. If I'm wrong let me know :)

Using an Arm's Reach co-sleeper this time. We had a Snuggle Nest with baby #2 and I loved it, but hubby did not. It took up a lot of room in bed. Lol

My mom coslept with my sister until she was 7 years old. We all (4 kids. I'm the oldest at 20) still sleep in her bed with her occasionally. Like we'll spend a week or so sleeping in her bed, and then for like a month we'll go back to our own rooms. But we somehow always end up back in her bed lmao.
