So my tailbone and my groin are so sore! It actually hurts to walk and makes it so difficult to get comfortable. It feels like my hips are separating honestly. That happens during pregnancy right? I'm 33 weeks. Also, are heating pads okay to use? I feel like I read somewhere that they weren't.
