Painful red bumps all over body?

I had my son on 5/6 and ever since I've been getting painful red bumps. It started out just one on my belly, and now I get a couple new ones everyday. I have like 4 on my belly, a couple on each arm and a few on my legs. Has anyone else ever experienced this, any clue what it could be?

Interesting..do they hurt or itch?? I started getting similar bumps all over ( same- theyd shiw up a few more each day) two years before becoming pregnant and went to the dr multiple times to get it figured out. They ruled out bed bugs, scabies, shingles, mrsa, acne... theyd take forever to go away then leave a scar. mine would hurt and you couldnt pop them. I got fed up and my doctor was annoyed too, he finally said he thinks its a reaction my body is having to high levels of progesterone.. i started realizing it coincided with my cycle. im not saying this is what yours is but definitely try ruling out everything else i mentioned.

Definitely not bugs, my husband is an inspector for terminix so that was the first thing I had him check lol.

Is it like a tiny bump in the middle of a larger swollen looking area? I've gotten a few as well and my daughters 7mo. My husbands gotten some too so I'm thinking it's a bug bite of some sort. Not sure really though.
