Cramping like spasms..
I know I'm close to ovulating and I've heard that some women can experience ovulation pain. A part of me think this is different, it was a sharp cramp but a continuous one and it was very painful I literally had to return to bed as soon as I got up!! Any ideas on what I've been experiencing??
