How long did it take for everything to heal? I had a vaginal birth with a small tear and an episiotomy that goes to the side and a forceps delivery. I'm 8 months pp and I still get pain twinges! And let's not even yak about sex...I'm so swollen and sore after I pretty much hate doing 😒 has it taken anyone else this long or longer to heal? I feel like I should be back to normal at this point.
