Does anyone else suffer severe pain in your wrists/hands in the morning when you wake? I have read it is very common for pregnant woman, what do you do to ease the pain?

I got it really bad in both hands now ... It hurt so bad ... I can't feel my fingers on one hand and my wrist is splinted on the other .... Try to get occupational therapy .... Carpal tunnel sucks

I find when I hold my hands lower than my heart the feeling comes back

Had it badly with my 3rd...I went for alternative medicine and took acupuncture and massage sessions. .worked perfectly

I'm 1 week pp after c section, my first 2 fingers and thumb are still numb, hope it goes away soon! I haven't felt my fingers since the beginning of April.

I got a brace at Walmart that helped, it took a few days to get used to the brace but it def helped

Definitely get a wrist wrap it helps a lot. They suggest ice packs but I found heat worked better for relief. And get up and walk around , move your arms and hands and fingers blood flow helped it go away .
