Age of consent

What do you think about the age of consent.  In the us federal law states 16yrs old.  Do you think that is a good age?  Should it be lowered, raised, or stay the same?
I've heard a lot of ladies on here state that your brain isn't fully developed until your early 20's.
Maybe 21 should be the age of concent.
