Symptoms question

So I'm 6 weeks today and the last couple of days have been scary. I started bleeding Wednesday , so I went to the hospital. That morning my levels were over 3000. Thursday my doctor ordered an ultrasound since the hospital didn't do their job. The baby has a heart beat and they did find I have a hemroid on one of my membranes, so that could have caused the bleeding. Then she later called back and said that my levels from the hospital were lower.. Which isn't good. I have strong faith in this baby, and I keep praying. My question being, I don't have many early symptoms tho. I am constantly hungry and peeing all the time, but my boobs don't hurt as bad as they did before. Is it normal not feeling many symptoms this early ?? :/ I want to feel symptoms, so I know this baby is okay. I know it will be...but just worries me a bit. Staying positive though!!
