Baby dust my way!

I took a pregnancy test last night bfn but ive been experiencing nausea, breast pain, kidney pain im wondering if maybeeeeee theres a chance i could be pregnant but im not sure i dont think id get pregnant so fast tho but i have a drs appt today hopefully things turn out great!
