Solution for back/rib pain!!

Hi ladies/significant others! I am sure some of you are already onto this, but I want to share some useful info I've figured out!

I usually get pretty bad back/rib pain about halfway through the day. I sit behind a desk all day, so I know a lot of it is related to that. Even sitting on my sofa in the evening hurts though.

Solution? sit on an exercise ball instead!! It takes all the pressure off your back, helps your posture/balance, and can also be used for exercise! It's so worth it, trust me! I had no idea it would help this much. I also wear my little belly support band from time to time, which helps, too.

Go get an exercise ball!! I even use it at work instead of my chair for a few hours a day :)
