Having sex with ejaculation can help soften the cervix, but I've never, ever heard that a BJ or swallowing sperm could help induce labor. To me, that makes absolutely no sense lol however, in my experience, my husband and I had sex constantly during my last three weeks and my cervix didn't soften at all and I needed to be induced. Everyone is different!
