Should I be worried about this?

This is the second time this has happened to me this month.sunday I will be 8weeks .monday I have a u/s but I keep getting scared this is going to be the 5 baby .

It looks normal as of right now, but if it gets heavier and you start cramping, you should go to the ER. I had some spotting like that after sex but it stopped. Just keep in mind every pregnancy is different and this could just be normal for you.
