Serious neck & shoulder pain!!!!!!!

My boyfriend is making me feel like a whimp, but I have never had a pain like this in my neck & shoulder area! I am 19wks2days & Around 4 am I woke up & lifted my head, I heard a pop & and couldn't move my head to the right!!!! I went back to bed, but when I woke up it was worse! I felt like I couldn't lift my head of my pillow, when I went to lift my arm to take my shirt off I swear I felt some of the worst pain stabbing through up my neck! I cannot move it certain directions or I get that pain & my right shoulder is lower than my left. I am concerned what should I do?! I had to call into work since I'm a server, but I am on a savings mission for this baby & really don't want to miss anymore!!! Remedies?!? Same problem?! Diagnosis?! Lol please & thankyou....
