Hcg levels aren't going up

The worst feeling in the word is being told  that becoming pregnant will be difficult. Then finding out on the 11th I was pregnant became a complete shock because I've been trying for 3 in a half months. To the point where I didn't think it was true that I took about 7 pregnancy test. To then start bleeding and having cramps to getting on the 15th. To see the  Dr Tuesday and he says he see no sac but it might just mean I'm to early. To getting blood work Tuesday and then Friday. My hcg was at 85 Tuesday to find out early this morning it had only went up by 5.. Making it 90. He wants me to go again Tuesday morning for more blood work.. I have been in a emotional roller coaster and I have lost all hope. A miscarriage was something that was mention  once I said I was bleeding and cramping. I only had cramps for 2 days and been bleeding light. Only yesterday morning when I went to pee there was 2 blood clots on the tissue regular size. And then in the late afternoon there was one more.  My bleeding has stop so far I haven't had cramps since Tuesday. I'm just so over what's happening and want it to be done. I don't think my levels are going to get higher. Anyone else been through what I'm going through??
