Hip Pain at 7wks?

I was working yesterday and I started feeling my left hip hurting. It got increasingly worse throughout the night as I walked around (closing a coffee shop) until I couldn't even sit and it felt like my hip was gonna pop out of its socket, it was so weird and painful. So I took Tylenol and went to bed and its not as bed this morning but its there. Should I go to the doctors? Or just ride out the pain?
