Hip pain!!! Help!
My left hip has been sore on and off for a while now. Normal pregnancy symptom- sure. But as of yesterday it has moved from annoying pain to excruciating. I am wobbling to walk around and it hurts so bad!
I iced it all night and have been using a heat pad this morning. What do you do for hip pain? What's best way to treat this? Does it go away?! 😢
